Mission Hills: A case of mismatched colored concrete

A Beautiful Missions Hills Historic Remodel

Bringing together the old and the new. This project required that the concrete did not take away from the beauty of the homes architectural restoration. In order to make it right, the concrete needed to be as fresh and inviting as the home. The landscaping was beautifully designed to push the overall curb appeal very high, but the concrete was not allowing for the “finished look” of an award winning home.

Being a historic home required that the color was correct and that all hardscape surfaces were alike. Although the color is new, it was antiqued to allow it to have a slightly aged appearance too.

The completed home is impeccable and we were so proud to have had a small part of the aesthetic improvement that the owners deserve.
